DBT
Dialectical Behaviour Therapy
DBT is a practical, skills-based therapy that helps people manage strong emotions, cope with stress, and build healthier relationships. It combines mindfulness with strategies for change, supporting both acceptance and growth.
Sessions focus on learning four key skill areas: being present in the moment, managing distress, regulating emotions, and improving communication and boundaries.
DBT can be especially helpful for people who feel overwhelmed by their emotions, experience intense ups and downs, or struggle with relationships.

This is available for children, adolescents and adults.

At All Brains we have a tailored program for neurodivergent individuals using DBT.
