​🕒 The assessment typically takes place over a 3-hour session, during which we will explore your background, experiences, and current strengths and challenges. Most people choose to complete this in one sitting, but if you would feel more comfortable spreading it across shorter sessions, please just let us know when you book and we are happy to accommodate what works best for you. ​

 

🧠 As part of the process, you will be invited to complete some questionnaires, and we may also request input from people who know you well like family, friends, or professionals (only if you are comfortable with that.) This helps us gain a more complete picture, but it is always your choice.

 

📅 After your assessment, you will have a 1-hour feedback session, this is usually scheduled 1–2 weeks after your assessment. This gives us time to carefully review your responses and gather any remaining information if needed.

 

📈 Sometimes, additional sessions may be recommended to ensure the assessment is as comprehensive and accurate as possible. If so, these will be discussed with you and charged per session.

 

📝 You will also receive a written report following your feedback session. Reports are typically ready within 8–12 weeks. If you need a summary letter with your diagnostic information sooner (for university, work, or other supports), please feel free to request this during your feedback session.
