Carly Crawford
Provisional registration (AHPRA), AAPI, MAPS,

Carly understands the feelings of overwhelm, stress, loneliness, exhaustion and restlessness that all of us, as human beings, experience at times.

With a focus on growth and strengths, she supports people to navigate issues such as anxiety, stress, low mood, and trauma by exploring a broad range of factors including self-esteem, values, relationships, belonging, identity, social influences, transitions and physical health.

She seeks to create an environment where people are seen and heard without judgement, and recognises that for many of us, spending time in natural settings can help promote clarity, calm and connection.

Carly has experience working with neurodiversity, cultural diversity, and gender and sexual diversity, and draws on interventions such as CBT, ACT, internal family systems therapy and techniques related to EMDR. She works with adults, children and groups and has experience with a range of assessment tools and processes.

As a provisional psychologist registered with the Psychology Board of Australia, Carly's principal qualifications are a Master of Professional Psychology from La Trobe University and Deakin University's Graduate Diploma of Psychology (Pre-Practice). She has a career background in the field of communications and mental health advocacy.

Away from work, Carly enjoys spending time with her children, swimming in the ocean, listening to music and being in bare feet.
